** Shipping **

We deliver all over the world by Swedish post, therefore the cost and time estimates are based on the information provided by them only.


 We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 working days.

 ** Returning products **

If for any reason you are unhappy with something you have ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address your concern.

You may return any product unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags intact and in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Returning a product needs to be done at your expense, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. In case of an exchange, Love by Anna will pay for the delivery of the replacement product.

Any errors, faults or other problems with your order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

If you have benefited from Free Delivery and you subsequently return items which brings the order down to below the value for Free Delivery, we reserve the right to apply the Delivery charge to your order and deduct it from your refund.

Returned products not in its original condition cannot be accepted back and will be returned to you at our expense. However, if you have a legitimate reason to return a product after it has been used, please contact us first so we can agree on next steps.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send your returns using registered post as we cannot be responsible for returned goods which we don't receive.

** Return Policy **

Love by Anna return period is 30 days. The period is counted from the day you received your order, so please contact us as soon as possible stating clearly the reason for returning your order.

Love by Anna shall, in agreement of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product(s) as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned. You are required to pay for the return shippment of the product. Love by Anna will pay to send replacement products, when relevant.

You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered, otherwise the product does not qualify for the return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for used or customer damaged goods.
