** Price and Payment **
All prices quoted are inclusive of Sales Tax (VAT/Moms) at the current rate in Sweden. Please note that we cannot deduct Sales Tax from any purchase, independent of your location. We are also unable to do reverse Sales Tax.
In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment.
** Ordering **
As soon as the order is placed, the Purchaser is deemed to have agreed to, and is bound by, the terms and conditions described here.
We aim to fulfill and dispatch all orders as soon as possible.
** Shipping charges **
Shipping within Sweden is FREE on all orders.
For Nordic countries we have a fixed shipping charge of 20 kr for all orders.
For European countries we have a fixed shipping charge of 30 kr for all orders.
For the rest of the world we have a fixed shipping charge of 40 kr for all orders.
** Delivery **
We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delays in delivery for whatever cause.
In the event that the Purchaser supplies us with an incorrect delivery address, we cannot be held liable for the goods never arriving. If Love by Anna is asked by the Purchaser to re-send the goods, we reserve the right to charge the Purchaser for the replacement package and will only reimburse if/when the original, incorrectly addressed package is returned to us. So please double check delivery addresses and postcodes to ensure they are correct. If you refuse delivery of your order or your order is returned to us as undeliverable for any reason, we reserve the right to deduct an administration charge from your refund, additional to all shipping charges.
The delivery time is estimated based on information supplied by Posten Sweden. Please find below a table with estimated delivery times for your destination.

** Unclaimed packages **
Depending on your choice of delivery method, your delivery may be held for you by the local post office for a limited period. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, but please note that all charges in connection with the delivery and its return will be debited from you, including restocking fees.
** Returning products **
If for any reason you are unhappy with something you have ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address your concern.
You may return any product unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags intact and in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Returning a product needs to be done at your expense, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. In case of an exchange, Love by Anna will pay for the delivery of the replacement product.
Any errors, faults or other problems with your order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
If you have benefited from Free Delivery and you subsequently return items which brings the order down to below the value for Free Delivery, we reserve the right to apply the Delivery charge to your order and deduct it from your refund.
Returned products not in its original condition cannot be accepted back and will be returned to you at our expense. However, if you have a legitimate reason to return a product after it has been used, please contact us first so we can agree on next steps.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send your returns using registered post as we cannot be responsible for returned goods which we don't receive.
** Return Policy **
Love by Anna return period is 30 days. The period is counted from the day you received your order, so please contact us as soon as possible stating clearly the reason for returning your order.
Love by Anna shall, in agreement of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product(s) as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned. You are required to pay for the return shippment of the product. Love by Anna will pay to send replacement products, when relevant.
You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered, otherwise the product does not qualify for the return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for used or customer damaged goods.

** Customer Complaints & Feedback **
We work very hard to ensure that every order you place with us is handled professionally and to your complete satisfaction, and we hope you never have reasons to complain about any products or services that you receive from us. However despite our best efforts sometimes things do go wrong and should this happen, we want to tell you how things would be handled.
* Any complaint we receive will be handled promptly, courteously and with respect to you, our customer within 5 business days at the very most.
* Any complaint would be recorded and one person in our company would be nominated to take overall responsibility for handling your issue until it is resolved.
* We would aim to resolve your issue as quickly as possible and we would do our utmost to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome.
